Akita-JALT has been actively meeting since 1998!  Information and photos from past meetings can be found on the original Akita-JALT website.

In February 2012 an Akita-JALT blog was created to further promote the goals of Akita-JALT.

In May 2013 the blog underwent a major redesign to its current format.  The officers and members of Akita-JALT are continually striving to promote the organization and welcome new members.
